“No Vacancy” oil   8x10 

While visiting Manitou Springs, Colorado, I noticed that many of the old neon signs were still in use, so I decided to capture them in paint…before they go away completely!

Then I started noticing other places with interesting signs…this one is in Loveland, Colorado. 

This has become a treasure hunt for me!
